Andrew has over 10 years of restructuring, finance and operational experience. He has led a variety of companies through successful restructurings, both in and out of court.
Andrew’s experience spans numerous industries including energy, shipping, communications and technology. He has extensive experience in all aspects of the restructuring process including business plan analysis, liquidity management, cash flow forecasting, valuation and recovery analysis.
Currently, Andrew is serving as a financial advisor for a confidential technology and media firm assisting with business plan development, liquidity management, cash repatriation analysis and cash flow forecasting.
Since joining Zolfo Cooper, Andrew has served as an associate director of restructuring for Avaya, a $3.7 billion global technology company, and Sabine Oil & Gas, winner of the 2017 TMA large company transaction of the year award. He advised each company through complex financial and operational restructurings. Andrew’s primary responsibilities included valuation and recovery analysis, cash flow reporting, drafting expert reports, and managing operational improvement initiatives such as G&A cost rationalization, asset dispositions and profitability analysis.
Prior to his MBA, Andrew was an investment officer for J. Bush & Co., where he performed fundamental equity research and financial analysis on various industries and public companies.
