Andrew has over 10 years of restructuring, finance and investment management experience. He has advised companies in both successful in-court and out-of-court situations.
Andrew’s experience varies across many industries including energy, shipping, communications and technology. He has extensive experience in all aspects of the restructuring process including liquidity management, cash flow forecasting, valuation and recovery analysis.
Currently, Andrew is serving as a financial advisor for a confidential technology and media firm assisting with liquidity management, cash repatriation analysis and cash flow forecasting.
Since joining Zolfo Cooper, Andrew has served as an associate director of restructuring for Avaya, a $3.2 billion global technology company, and Sabine Oil & Gas, winner of the 2017 TMA large company transaction of the year award. He advised each company through a successful emergence from Chapter 11. While active in all aspects of these restructurings, Andrew’s primary responsibilities included valuation and recovery analysis, drafting expert reports, cash flow reporting and managing the internal processes in Chapter 11.
Prior to his MBA, Andrew was a research analyst for J. Bush & Co., where he performed fundamental research and financial analysis on various industries and public companies.
